Digiprint-7146 is a pretreatment product for digital printing on cellulosic fabric.

We have developed this unique product in powder form with high performance low cost results.

ADVANTAGES OF DIGIPRINT 7146 :--

1. Very sharp prints as there is no spreading of ink on fabric.

2. Prints are darker and bright compared to other such products available in the market.
3. The product is easily gets washoff after fixation thus keep fabric very soft like dyed fabric
after digital printing.
4. Product is powder form thus has excellent stability and very easy to make solution.
Following are some results of fabric printed with digiprint 7146 compared with some
commercial products in the market.

PRINTED USING DIGIPRINT 7146 PRINTED WITH MARKET PRODUCT

Fabric which is to digitally printed is padded with digiprint 7146 on stenter with following recipe

DIGIPRITING 7146 – 30 TO 40 G/L

UREA --- 80 -100G/L

SODIUM BICARBONATE – 30 -40 G/L

RESIST SALT -- 20G/L

After padding fabric is dried on stenter at 120 to 140*c and then printed on digital printing machine
with reactive inks. Fabric is steamed as usual at 100 to 102*c for 10 mins and the washed like
reactive printed fabric and dried.
