My answers:
The masterpiece essay focused on the idea of “What Makes a Piece of Art or Science a
Masterpiece?” It made us think about the elements of art and writing a visual description about
them. I think that I described the artwork in an artistic manner, gave additional background
information about both the artwork and the life of the artist to get an insight into what the idea of
the artwork was. I also went into detail about the elements of art. If I were to do something
differently, I think I would talk more about the color schemes and the art style of the artwork, and
less about the background information.
