I feel compeled to write you regarding my latest purchase as I am really dissatisfied with the
treatment of the process.

First and foremost, the fridge I desired was the new model. As shown on your website.
Nevertheless, the previous model has been received by me.

Another point is that the work of the Delivery was very unsatisfactory inasmuch as he
delivered the fridge in front of the door, apart I was not called by him. In consequence, I had to
wait so long time until my couple returned home and we could move it together.

Last, but by no means least, the same amount has been charged twice on my account, so I look
forward to hearing from you once you have reviewed the purchase. If necessary, I could send
you the extract of my credit card.

The service provided has not been up to the expected standard.

May I request that you recheck your website in order to save you from future problems with
your stock.
