How to Apply
‘A Step By Step Guide for Completing Your Application’
Step One

 Visit the DHA official website at www.dha.gov.ae

Step Two

 Under eServices, click on the ‘Licensing Services’ section

Step Three

 Read the DHA instructions carefully. Under User Guides, click on ‘Sheryan’
Step Four

 Note: Before applying, you may watch a helpful video on how to apply for a new professional
license
Step Five

 Register as a ‘New User’

 Complete the online application form
 Settle the DHA fee
 Click the ‘Submit’ tab
What Happens Next?

 Upon completing the application process, your application will be checked and reviewed by
the Health Regulation Department at the DHA
 Approved applicants will be forwarded to the DataFlow Group for processing
 Within 24 to 48 hours, applicants will receive an email from the DataFlow Group with details
regarding the necessary Primary Source Verification payment
Step Six

 Click on the link appearing in email received from the DataFlow Group to settle the payment

Within 24 to 48 hours from the date of payment, the DataFlow Group will proceed with the
application on Sheryan and initiate the verification process

Upon completion of the verification process, the DataFlow Group will update the DHA with the result
of the Primary Source Verification

Appeal Process:

 With regards to applications marked as ‘Negative’ or ‘Unable to Verify’, contact the

DataFlow Group by visiting www.dataflowgroup.com/contact-us
 The DataFlow Group will advise on the steps to follow or documents to provide in order to
proceed with the re-verification process
 The DataFlow Group will contact you regarding the new result, as well as update the DHA on
the matter
