WHY DID TROSTKY DIE?

Leon Trotsky is a Marxist revolutionary who carried out the Russian Revolution
together with Lenin. He formed and led the Red Army during the civil war
against the White Army and dealt with the reconstruction of the country.

The reorganization of the country led him to confront unions and labor groups,
the 1st reason for Trotsky's death. In the first place, Trostky rebuilt the
railways, used a part of the demobilized army to do so, and in the face of the
disastrous economic situation, Trotsky proposed the militarization of the working
class and the trade unions. The union leaderships should be replaced by more
worker leaderships, and more competent, fleeing bureaucratization.

He had a great expressive capacity, through the written word and oratory skills,
which made it easier for him to be an egocentric, impulsive and arrogant person,
he considered himself superior in intellectual training, belittling his adversaries,
he won many enemies, 2nd reason for the death of Trotsky.

Leon Trotsky was already the Leader of the communist party while Stalin was
preparing his rise in the internal politics of the new Soviet Union, he was his
opponent. The suspicion between Trotsky and Stalin came from afar, from the
early days of the Bolshevik triumph and increased during the last years of Lenin's
life, the 3rd reason for Trotsky's death.

The socialist revolution did not take place, as Trotsky had foreseen and wished,
to take place simultaneously in other countries.
Stalin, however, defended "socialism in one country", a situation that occurred
and entailed great human costs, forced collectivization of agriculture and
accelerated industrialization. Stalin got rid of all those who opposed his ideas,
the 4th reason for Trotsky's death.

Trotsky succeeded in warning about the figure of Hitler and Nazism, all the
forces had to unite in front of him, an idea that Stalin did not share with him, the
5th reason for Trotsky's death.

Lenin and Trotsky fought for a Federation of Soviet Republics (equality of all
nationalists) and not a single multinational republic as Stalin defended, the 6th
reason for his death.
Lenin wanted Trotsky to succeed him in power, he saw Stalin as a brutal person,
he wanted him to remove him with the help of the Red Army, but Trotsky did not
do it and Stalin, who had become strong, takes over.

The personal and political conflict between Trostky and Stalin led to his death,
the 7th reason for his death. Stalin and Stalinism constitute the antithesis of the
thought and action of Lenin and Trostky.

Stalin expelled Trostky from the communist party and later forced him to leave
the Soviet Union in 1929.

Trostky led a relentless fight against the degeneration of the Soviet Union that
led to his death, the 8th reason for his death.

Stalin carried out relentless persecution and revenge on his person, his family and
his followers, murdering many of them. He accused them of being traitors to the
State, of plotting to assassinate him and of conspiring to destroy the economic
and military power of the country, he considered them a threat to the revolution,
the 9th reason for his death.

During his exile he continued his political and writing activity, denouncing the
murders of his supporters, of all those militants opposed to Stalin, the 10th
reason for his death. The Soviet secret services succeeded in the second attack
and assassinated him.

Ramón Mercader, a communist of Spanish origin, after gaining the trust of his
environment, assassinated Trotsky in Mexico in 1940.

After his release, he was honored as "National Hero of the Soviet Union."
