Plant Manager

Oversees all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensure policies and
procedures are followed.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations in our plant facility.

* Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility

* Test and monitor plant processes

* Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines

* Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports

* Control costs to achieve company budget goals.

* Develop and implement a comprehensive *Preventative maintenance program

Delivery truck

Delivers product all over the country. May need to obtain a special driver’s license. Drivers usually
report to a higher-level manager or supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck.

· Communicating with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make deliveries.

· Meeting delivery deadlines

· Performing basic truck maintenance.

· Loading and unloading cargo.

· Tracking shipments and deliveries.

· Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed.
