Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are
primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting
performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Sales managers are oftentimes expected to
travel.

Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense
controls.

• Meeting planned sales goals.

• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

• The ongoing training of your salespeople.

• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

• Promoting the organization and products.

• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Human Resources Mangager

Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning,
monitoring, and appraising job results.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

• Manage the recruitment and selection process

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and
preservation of human capital

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

• Nurture a positive working environment

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
