In my research I found 3 recipes that are simple and these are…

Potato Skins

This potato skin is quite long, because its cooking time is 100
minutes. It’s easy to make these potato skins. Deep frying is
recommended in some recipes, but I don’t believe it is important. Simply
bake the skins at a high enough temperature to make them crispy enough
to hold the toppings.
Yummy Potato Skins

This Yummy Potato Skins has only 3 very easy steps.

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
2. Scrub potato skins, and pat dry. Place them in a medium bowl, and
pour salad dressing over. Toss to coat. Spread the potato skins out
in a thin layer on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until crisp and golden.
Crispy Potato Skin

This crispy potato skin is difficult to make because it has a lot of

process to make. These are the processes that will be done
1. Preheat oven to 400 °. Prick potatoes all over with a fork and rub
with oil; season generously with salt and pepper.
2. Place potatoes on a rack set in a rimmed baking sheet. Roast until
very soft when squeezed and skin is crisp, 60-75 minutes. Let cool.
3. Heat broiler to high. Halve potatoes and scoop out flesh (save for
another use), leaving a ¼ inch border attached to skins. Brush both
sides of potatoes with oil and season insides with salt and pepper;
return to rack. Broil, turning once, until skins are crisp and flesh is
golden, about 5-7 minutes per side.
4. Divide cheese and bacon among potatoes and broil until cheese is
melted, about 2 minutes. Serve topped with sour cream, chives,
and black pepper
