Extensive research has found that word of mouth is more effective than other types of

marketing. Compared to traditional advertising, media coverage, or promotional events,

word of mouth is very helpful in building new users and customers.

Why is oral communication so effective? Two main reasons.

1) Trust

No wonder we rely on our friends more than ads we trust. The ads always say the product
is good. "Nine out of ten dentists choose a new toothpaste called Shiny White." "Critics
agree that Blastoids 7 is the best movie in 2013." But because the ads always say the
product is good, we tend to disbelieve them.

Our friends, however, will tell us directly. They will tell us if the product is good, or bad, and
as a result we may believe their recommendations.

2) Better guidance

The word of mouth is very focused. No one is going to tell you about a great baby clothes
website if you don’t have a baby. People only tell you what they think is in your best
interests. Word of mouth is like a search engine that passes through a social network,
finding recipients who are more interested in the information provided.

I think the indirect reference team is not always good to buy any stretchable product like a
washing machine but if you know of a product like haier or dell machines you can buy that
or if there is a new ad about new vivo v20 and hania amir focus there are always people
who buy it anyway. Point is a celebrity indirect reference group It is good to make a word of
mouth to buy an electronic product.
