Dear Ms. and Mr. Labra:

We are writing for and in behalf of our client Hermogena Sergio regarding your
continued stay on her property in Barangay Sapangdaku, covered by TCT No. PT-
13951.

Your occupation on the said house was by mere tolerance of Ms. Sergio. You have
previously assured our client that you are willing to vacate said property at her
instance, but you have refused despite repeated demands.

In this connection, we would like to formally demand that you vacate from the
aforementioned property on WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS FROM RECEIPT of this letter,
otherwise, our client will be constrained to file the necessary and proper civil,
criminal and/or administrative action against you in court or any other tribunal or
bureau.

We trust that you give this matter your immediate and utmost attention.
