smoke area, and any strenuous activities, encouraged to
adequate resting period, emphasized the importance o
washing/alcohol sanitation.
Medication: Teach the patient about the importance of tak
medications given by the doctor by knowing its name,
purpose, dose, route of administration and side effects of eac
that he is taking for his illness.
Environment: Instructed patient and SO to make sure t
environment is quiet, clean, and free from irritants. Do no

Treatment: Encouraged patient to have a healthy diet, drink
of fluids and to follow instructions on his treatment. Advised
to avoid smoking. Make sure that the family and client kno

Health Teaching: Educated patient, including the family m
regarding pneumonia and covid. Isolation for about 14 day
arrival. Teach them about the proper hand washing or use of
based hand rub and the proper coughing and sneezing to

up check ups. The patient will have available telephone num
referred physicians and agencies. A written discharge w

Diet: Advised patient to consume food that are rich in prote
as nuts, beans, fish and other nutritious food. Encouraged pa
have adequate fluid intake and avoid carbonated drinks.
