This case presentation is indeed the fruit of our endeavor. A sweet success from the sweat of
our hard work that worth every single moment and time that we share in making this, precious art of
learning. Of all the sacrifices we would heartily dedicate our case presentation to the following people:

To our beloved Parents, who without ceasing provided all the financial and moral support, so we
could continue to further our studies to reach our goals.

To our clinical instructors, who patiently assisted us, and taught us the knowledge to put into
action all the nursing theories we learned as well as the different procedures of the nursing process
embodied in the nursing profession.

And most especially to our Heavenly Father, who watches us, and keep us free from all harm,
showing us all the guidance and the abundance of Grace.
