JS Bach was born in Germany and he composed baroque music. He was taught to play
violin and harpsichord by his father. He was more known as a skilled organist than a composer
in his day. Now I will play Prelude in C minor.

Georg Anton Benda

Georg Anton Benda was from Czechoslovakia and was sent to Italy to study opera and
wrote several popular works. Most of his compositions were written after the age of fifty. Now I
will play Sonatina in A minor.

Martha Mier
Martha Mier is a piano teacher and composer from Florida. She is known for jazz songs
such as Seventh Street Blues. She is a judge in many competitions and is still alive today.
