I am writing a letter of recommendation for Tayler Ciarasso, I have known her for her entire life, and
have had the privilege of coaching her in youth soccer for over 5 years and continue to coach her to
this day.

Tayler is very dedicated and works hard to accomplish her goals. During the challenging time of
COVID she has been able to maintain her grades and complete her tasks on time by staying
organized and on top of her assignments.

One of Tayler’s qualities is that she is dependable and able to adapt to change. During the soccer
season Tayler had to fill in numerous positions due to unforeseen circumstances. She always did it
with a smile even though the position wasn’t her preferred spot. Tayler is very amicable and gets
along with everybody, she is a positive influence on her friends and teammates.

I know that Tayler will be successful with whatever career choice she makes, she will go above and
beyond to achieve her goals. She is very self-motivated and independent and is not afraid to make
decisions. I strongly recommend Tayler Ciarasso she will succeed at what she is trying to
accomplish.
