Thank you for giving me your time to read me, maybe you have to believe that it

will be the typical motivational publication of we go, you can, however let me tell
you that no, no newspaper is possible. And I know what it feels like, because I was
obese too, yes obese. That is the first step: calling things by their name, stop
feeling sorry for yourself. And exactly! This is a matter of ACCEPTANCE, accept
that you are the negative result of your sedentary lifestyle and diet. Or are you
going to leave me with your "that's how I'm happy" and if so, why do you get sad
when you turn to the sideboard?
And make no mistake, I'm not being cruel to you, cruel is whoever tells you "don't
worry like that I love you" or "you're like this because you want to" tell me who the
hell is like this because they wanted it. I had been living with obesity for so long
that I no longer realized it. So what the hell makes you believe that with a product,
a miracle or from one day to the next you are going to stop being one; you will fail,
again and again when trying, it is not a matter of simply wishing it, your brain must
be sure of the change, that is the key to achieve it.
In order to combat obesity, you must follow the following steps:
 Eat three main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 1 or 2 snacks
 Eat on a Regular Schedule
 Establish a regular meal schedule and avoid eating outside of meal
times or skipping meals
 Verify that there are no health problems that interfere with appetite or
eating
 Encourage daily physical activity
 Restrict foods and beverages that are high in sugar, salt, and fat
 Restrict energy-dense prepared or processed foods
 Reinforce food consumption of all groups
 Choose a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, and
plain water
 Promote homemade meals, as this facilitates the formation of better
eating habits and the consumption of foods with lower energy density,
among other benefits.
 Try not to overeat
