Good morning, today I will talk about hypoglycemia,

but first I will speak from a medical point of view and

then about my experience.

What is hypoglycemia? is when there are low blood

sugar levels, which is the body’s main source of
energy.
People with this disease often suffer from symptoms
such as very constant dizziness, fainting, excessive
hunger, anxiety, constant headaches, etc.

Treatment for this disease is a very strict diet,

• you cannot drink juice sweetened with normal
sugar; it must be replaced by stevia.
• avoid eating sweet foods.
• reduce the consumption of flours.
• stop drinking soda and caffeinated drinks.
It is also recommended to eat more than three meals
a day, this helps maintain normal blood sugar levels.
Now, I’m going to tell you about my
experience, I was diagnosed with this
disease when I was about 7 years old, the
truth was very difficult to follow that diet
because I was a kid and I wanted to eat
sweet all the time, after a while it was
controlled but it reappeared, My mom at first
thought I had anemia because I was very
dizzy and I was exhausted all the time, and
all the time I had my sugar level good and
other times I was bad, at this time I don’t
know how my sugar level is, but I got used
to it.
