1. Go to the LiChess.com and login using the information provided to you by your instructor. To access,

2. Once you login, watch the following video on Forks: https://youtu.be/mbiR0tcdqBY and this video on
Skewers: https://youtu.be/hcmMtNqEm4o.
3. Once you have finished watching these videos, return to Lichess --> Hover over "Puzzles" (in the top
menu) --> Puzzle Dashboard --> Puzzle Themes.
4. Find the "Fork" and "Skewer" themes. Once you enter the tactical theme puzzles, in the bottom left
corner it will say, "Difficulty level." Change the difficulty level to "Easiest (-600)

ASSIGNMENT for both Forks and Skewers Practice: Complete 10 puzzles of each type. This will be a
completion grade and is meant to introduce you to the topic! Do not stress if you do not understand. Try your
best!! 😊😊

Your lichess account is monitored by me, therefore you do not have to submit any proof of practice! The only
