Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about the service that I received in your restaurant last week.
Firstly, you said that there will be a huge variety of traditional and continental dishes but many dishes were not
available.
Secondly, the waiter was not prompt at all. To make matter worse, when he brought me food, it was cold.
You promised that you have only friendly service but the waiters were rude to guests.
As you can imagine, I was extremely upset by the treatment I received and I will certainly not book a table in your
restaurant. I hope that you will improve the staff training methods and that your staff will be more polite and helpful to
customers.

Dear Sally's Restaurant, 

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service of your restaurant I


have recently visited. I had business lunch with my colleagues there. Although
the restaurant was advertised  as the best in this area, it was well below the
standard I expected. 

My most serious complaint is the service we have got in the restaurant.


Waiters paid no attention to the clients. Besides, they were insolent to all of
them and we had to wait 40 minutes before being served.
Moreover, the food was undercooked and really cold. So, we left it unfinished.

To resolve the problem. I insist on a full refund  or I will have no choice but to
take further legal action. I hope you will settle the matter amicably.
