    For the past two years, Pastor Cenon Paculanang, our district pastor, has been
    serving the Lord and our district with full dedication and commitment. We have
    witnessed his remarkable contribution and exceptional service for the work of the Lord.
    Recently, we heard the news about the possibility of transferring him to other place.
    Everyone in the district were saddened upon hearing the news.

    The sole of purpose of this letter is to make an appeal on behalf of the Northern Capiz
    Adventist Association (NCAA II) District. We would like to ask the West Visayan
    Conference, if they can grant our request to let Pastor Cenon retain his duty as our
    District Pastor under the territory of NCAA II District.

    We believe that God has the best plan for each and every one of us. We know that God
    is directing our lives according to His will. Rest assured that we will fully accept and
    embrace whatever decisions the Conference will make.
