A.copy of “Briefing on Covid-19 Funding” (already submitted on previous date of hearing) duly signed by Director Procurement and attested by PIO. ‘The detail of stock supplied by NDMA and its distribution duly signed by Director Procurement and attested by Chief PIO. 36 Certificates about Consumption of PPEs stock by each district of the Punjab, duly issued and signed by respective Chief £ ecutive: Officers/District Health Authority, 36 Certificates issued by of CEOs/DHA of all Districts of Punjab with details of Paramedical Staff and Doctors infected with Covid-19. A few certificate show “Nil” report, 39 Invoices as to Procurement/Purchases alongwith detail of allocation and utilization of funds from 12 different heads (object codes} ith CamScanner Scanned with CamScanner3. The above-mentioned original material submitted by learned Chief PIO may be handed over to the complainant by retaining one photocopy set with the record of Commission. On reminding by complainant, learned Chief PIO seeks opportunity to submit an attested copy of minutes of meeting whereby all above- mentioned allocation, procurement and distributions were approved. Accordingly adjourned for 02.06.2020. ‘The Commission appreciates the response of P&S Healthcare Department for not only providing comprehensive information to the Complainant but for also uploading entire information on its websites (pshealth.punjab:gov.pk). All other ‘government departments are expected to follow the footstep of P&S Healthcare Department to ensure the exercise of fundamental right of citizen of Punjab.
