    Walking Experience

    Take a walk around the block and through your neighborhood.

    Write an essay about the walking experience with the following in mind as a guide: what things most strike you in
    your walk? How so? And with what effects?

    The walking experience essay should be about 500 to 600 words in length. Consider writing the experience in
    first person, present tense, active voice. This tends to create livelier essays than those written in past tense. Feel
    free to be creative and expressive.
