Today is an auspicious and important day for the new joiners and the college training team.
It’s an auspicious day for the new joiners because you have stepped in today with your minds
filled with new hopes and aspirations.
You hope that your life will change for a better future hoping to become management leaders.
When I asked the new students, what king of change you want,
some said I want to talk in English.
Some said I want personality development,
some said I want to have more knowledge.
Many believe change in attire like wearing a shoe, with shirts tucked in or wearing blazer and
talking in English make them a leader.

But…. I think there is bigger that you are missing
