Fluorescence measurement for TECHNOTHROMBIN® TGA

• TECHNOTHROMBIN® TGA - a thrombin generation assay (TGA) based on monitoring the

formation of thrombin by means of a fluorogenic substrate upon activation of the coagulation
cascade by tissue factor
Module - a special adapted TGA module with 4 channels is placed laterally in the

tempered cuvette rotor, with a UV emitter (360 nm) placed in the module, thrombin generation
can be measured
