MICROMARIN

Planned Maintenance
System Data Integration
The planned maintenance system is one of the most important issues of
maritime fleet management. The continuation of the voyages without
commercial loss depends on the implementation of maintenance at
the right time and properly.

The first step to start using the planned maintenance system is

the identification of the equipment list (tree) of the relevant ship to the
system. As an equipment tree consists of 500-1500 items on average, it
will require a long time and effort to prepare this list manually from scratch.

You may select the equipment list that is compatible with your ship among
the sample equipment lists provided by Micromarin and integrate it into
the system and you may start to use the planned maintenance system
immediately after the short preparation process.
Spare Parts Data Integration
It is of great importance from the point of tracking the spare parts used in
the course of each maintenance that is conducted in fleet ships
and continuation of their maintenance.

The first step to start using the spare part tracking system is
the identification of the spare part equipment list (tree) of the relevant
ship to the system. As an equipment tree consists of 400-1000 pieces on
average, it will require a long time and effort to prepare this
list manually from scratch.

You may select spare part sample equipment list that is compatible with

your ship among the spare part sample equipment lists provided by
Micromarin and integrate it into the system. In this way, you may start to
take advantage of using the spare part tracking system with the planned
maintenance system in a short period of time.
ISM Data Integration
The security management system (SMS) is an important aspect of the
international security management (ISM) code and details all important
policies, practices, and procedures to be followed to ensure the safe
operation of ships at sea. It is an international necessity to establish safe
ship management procedures for all commercial ships and to follow the
instructions.

So as to use the Micromarin SQEMS module, company forms containing

the safety management system procedures must be uploaded to the
system. This can be done manually from scratch, or
by automatically loading the selected SMS sample forms provided by
Micromarin to the system as well. In this way, the SQEMS module will be
ready to use after a short preparation process.
