‘TEST1._ Unloading test
Sea water which is loaded in the typical cargo oil tank 19 be discharged overboard through the
oading station by cargo oil pump.
1. Preparations
(2) Some amount of sea water to be loaded in the cargo coil tanks.
(2) Test tank and sea water level to be selected in accordance with ship's condition and test
schedule.
2, Procedures
(1) Make the line as APPENDIX “F”.
(2) Start the cargo oil pumps in order and discharge sea water in cargo oil tanks.
(3) Adjust the revolutions and total heads of the cargo pumps as below.
Rated revolution 1580 spm
Rated total head 135m
(4) Continue the test for about one (1) hour, and record the following items at intervals of fifteen
(15) minutes.
