I felt T worked hard to ensure that students felt safe and accepted in our learning space, and I worked hard to establish relationships. [ fel that I can improve in the areas of explaining/instructing my lessons in 2 manner that is clearer. Also, in the area of classroom managemeat as a whole. Recommendation(s) for Growth: Katlyn needs to work to ensure transition procedures are in place from activity to activity to eliminate the need to repeat herself several times. Katelyn, being a new teacher, noeds to establish herself and become familiar with the various expectations of the school with regards to Keeping students and parents informed of student progress. As well the recording of data in PowerSchool | this is something that did improve and will come with more experience ‘Evidence | Additional Background Information: Katelyn was asked to come in for a week at the beginning of the school year and | that quickly tuned inio 2 months. She was asked to plan and organize the 4 classes with minimal input from the | classroom teacher. Katelyn did an excellent job in this tough situation, We received many positive comments from | Students and staff about Katelyn’s professionalism and her commitment to the students and her classes. | | [Further Comments: Katelyn is going to be an excellent teacher; she is dedicated, professional and has the personality to | suoceed in the teaching profession.
