I felt T worked hard to ensure that students felt safe and accepted in our learning space, and I worked hard to establish relationships. Recommendation(s) for Growth: Katlyn needs to work to ensure transition procedures are in place from activity to activity to eliminate the need to repeat herself several times. Katelyn, being a new teacher, noeds to establish herself and become familiar with the various expectations of the school with regards to Keeping students and parents informed of student progress. She was asked to plan and organize the 4 classes with minimal input from the | classroom teacher.
