Nigeria has a rich history of how this country has interacted with the imperialist
colonies and how it has become known to the world through its oil production and
that this material is the main engine of its economy but that it has neglected the
satisfaction of the population in general, and have only enjoyed high command
something that is very sad since as we saw before with South Africa they do not
have the standards of living that they should have. In a continent as precarious as
the African one could imagine that there are no countries with a certain economic
and financial stability and that can fairly meet the needs of the population, but as
we have already seen with South Africa, another case of economic success is that
of Nigeria, a country that has recently industrialized but that like most countries
after reaching this position.
They tend to fall into the same mistakes that had already been resolved and that in
this way the success achieved is not enjoyed by all populations because it only
remains in the hands of a few and that far from being able to achieve a good
standard of living this goes from bad to worse and with the recent problems that
Nigeria suffers, it only remains to say that efforts must be redoubled because the
prediction of the experts is not flattering at all we can point out which are the main
socio-political problems within Nigeria and one of them is that of the insurgency
and terrorism a problem that the government refuses to address and that it cares
little about helping to decrease with all this social burden.
The aforementioned problems then find a little hope by which can be solved by the
youth population that as we saw in the last class they are the hope of the country in
terms of being able to solve the worst problems they suffer especially due to the
indifference of the majority of Nigerians who are not interested in these issues but
as any demand this must be well planned and designed for success, and I am not
talking about anything other than that of a revolution, which may not come if it is
done peacefully taking the example of the Georgia rose revolution in 2003 and a
non-violent revolution that ended well clear example of a new alternative to change
things and that is the clear example that unconventional methods can be used to
achieve the objective and that as a young person who integrates this type of
revolutions they can use their knowledge and energy to achieve true change.
I study political science and it is easy to say that the best solution or antidote for a
violent social revolt that leaves many dead is that of peaceful social mobilization as
Nigerian youth are trying to achieve and that it is the hope that problems such as
book haram or the reduced freedoms of women can be a reality for all and to be
able to give the example of a case of success in an exotic land such as Nigeria and
in general the entire African continent in addition to copying this method for
countries like ours in a matter of improving administration.
