Subject: Requesting to investigate the conflicting emotions written by Mr.Venkata

I would like to state that conflicting emotions written Mr. Venkata ,i feel the write-up was made in
error and I disagree with its contents,
In my opinion, this is not an accurate portrayal of the situation. I would like the opportunity to
address this point-by-point with my version of events.

Past 12+ years both disciplinary and performance evaluations are good enough with me and I
always proved/served myself as one of the potential employees of this organization,

 In the year ……... Mr. Venkata objected my transfer of services to O&M, it’s been ignored by
him and justified that I am carrying a most important project and can’t be released
 Later I understood that he retained me to find an opportunity to fire me, he imposed more
work load to me in the name of additional responsibilities with limited resources (emails
attached for noticing the shortage of resources)
 Considering my workload and the responsibilities I am carrying I approach him for a hike
and he promised me several times to give that and showed the written confirmation that he
recommended me to committee members (what’s app /SMS messages)
 Afterwards, in a discussion happened for bringing the potential candidate’s for ……. job his
selection criteria was only for the particular state people which he hails from, This is against
the company policies and he continue to keep most the people surrounded by him from that
state only

 When I raised my voice towards his actions for deviating the policies and procedures of the
company, he started keeping this as a personnel vendetta and waiting for a opportunity to
find me
 All of sudden he started showing the discrimination/False accusation on me both verbal and
in written without justifying in proper (emails attached)
 At -Will employment he mentioned my name which he claims as a collective preparation for
termination of my services due to less projects
 Further to the above I seek a confidential intervention for the subject , I approached  him for a
clarification required for additional profit increasing for Shaab Asiab project Scrap Selling
amount  Which is been roughly estimated around 10,000/- OMR - 11,000/-OMR, has been
sold and the amount is kept for some reasons with Mr.Muzzafar , He didn’t give proper
explanation and he stated that it is kept for some reasons & will be settled soon , I feel I
reserve my rights to ask this as a Team member of the project and prime estimator for this
winning Bid, instead of clarifying me this subject is closed ……………..
 In the name of god the above stated is true, being an loyal employee of this company I
brought this to your attention for seeking an justice due to false accusation made for me

Responsibilities will include:


1. Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure compliance with project documents,
2. Monitoring and reporting compliance with relevant good for construction Drawings, codes,
standards and procedures.
3. Quality control inspection are in line with approved ITP's.
4. Monitor area of excavation, back filling and compaction, this includes works related to
sewer lines/Rider Lines and layer by layer compaction for backfilling works
5. Inspection of sewer lines and Witness field dry density tests for soil, fresh, hardened
concrete tests on concrete ingredients at site laboratory
6. Ensure protection of concrete like - curing, below and underground concrete protective
works.
7. Random check using surveying equipment to verify vertical and horizontal alignment,
location, elevation of pipe and other utilities
8. Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards, building
codes, signs, markings and specifications
9. Issues IAP -Improvement Action plan when observations
10. Issues PAR -Preventive action report when Observing the Potential cause for any
mistakes
11. Issues CAR -Corrective action report for any serious mistakes occurred
