The deadly and highly infectious nature of COVID-19 is undeniable. It’s why we essentially
shut down our economy overnight. To save lives, we took the disruptive steps needed to
flatten the growth curve of the virus. In Indonesia, the economic impact is evident through the
fall in the IHSG and the Rupiah. Some of the Business sector such as tourism having the
biggest hit. Despite of the situation, there are business men and enterpreneur who still try to
fight and win the war with Covid19. As A Consultant, a lot of my client experience the storm.
Victor Wirawan, a young enterpreneur who built Baran Energy, has experiece the impact of
Covid19. In a converstation, he admit that on the last 8 months, the Business has been
paused. But he keep bis commitment not to layoff any employee. "It's a hard time for us, but
also for the employee, we have to face this together, the employee ia our priority," he said.
