Individual work:

From the employees of Telenor it has been confirmed that the


organisational design of the company provides them with the
opportunities of learning, growth, accomplishment and self-fulfilment.
Due to which they work with full commitment to give their best to the
organisation.

Work Organisation:
The design of the work units and the jobs are supported by the strategic
objectives of the company. They ensure the full motivation of the
employees.

Organisational environment:
Since environment is continuously changing. To compete effectively its
necessary the design of organisation should be able to adjust emerging
demand of the changing environment. Telenor Organisational design is
flexible which adjust itself with the changes taking place outside the
organisation to compete effectively.

Organizational Structure
Hierarchical Levels:
The organic structure of Telenor promotes cultural values that result in
integration and coordination. Roles and Responsibilities are clearly
defined at the time of joining the organisation; employees are selected
against different criteria . Roles can be added later but employees
have a fair idea about their job responsibilities from the beginning.
