Subject: Budget of the second period

The aim of this memo is to inform you that we will receive $ 20000 budget for the second
period. we will get about $10000 less than the previous one due to the firm having many
problems with the taxis and we have a decrease in sales this period ,for this reason we have
less budget. However, we can implement a strategy in order to get higher profits, this
consists in improving the advertising campaign and finding a better location with a good
access to the roads and trains this would means that our staff and visitors would be able to
get to the officer quicker, this could be help us to have more productivity in the sales
I am sure we can increase the sales with this strategy because we are a great team and we
always achieve our goals.
