STUDENTS MOVE UP/ MOVE DOWN LEVEL PROCEDURE

Students will be transferred to higher or lower levels in 2 cases:

Step 1: Checking the score of the 3 recent tests and student ability in the class, teacher sends the
student's name and requests to transfer level (up or down) to AC.

Step 2:

Move up:

- Students are given the nearest test of the suggested level.

- If the score is 70% or higher, the student will be move up, if less than 70%, the student will
retake the current level.

Move down:

- If the result of 3 nearest test are FAIL and the assessments of both Vietnamese teachers and
native teachers are the same, students can not study the current level.
- AC will notify this to the student and he / she will have at least 1 week to improve, after 1
week if the teacher's assessment remains unchanged, the student will be moved down.
