1. The buyer shall inspect the goods within a reasonably short period of time, as the case
may be. The buyer shall notify the seller of any nonconformity in the goods,
specifying the nature of the nonconformity, within 14 days after the buyer discovers
it.
2. If the buyer has given the seller immediate notice of the non-conformity of the goods,
the buyer has the option to:
- Request the seller to deliver the missing goods and the buyer does not have to bear
any additional costs;
- Requiring the seller to replace such goods with suitable goods at no additional cost
to the buyer;
- Require the seller to repair the goods, and the buyer does not have to bear any
additional costs
Goods are considered nonconforming if the seller delivers:
3. - Only a part or quantity of goods greater than or less than the quantity specified in
Article 1 of this contract
- Goods not related to this contract or of a different category.
- The goods lack the qualities and characteristics specified in Article 1 of this contract
or do not have the same quality as the samples that the seller gives to the buyer.
- Goods are not of consumable quality or are not fit for normal use.
- Goods are not properly packed or packed as specified in Article 1 of this contract.

1. Người Mua chỉ có quyền trả lại Sản phẩm hoàn hảo với điều kiện là hóa đơn trên bao
bì của sản phẩm còn nguyên vẹn và đã có thỏa thuận riêng bằng văn bản với Người
bán về việc trả lại Sản phẩm. Trong trường hợp Sản phẩm hoàn hảo được trả lại,
Người bán có quyền tính phí Người mua 10% giá mua Sản phẩm, cũng như đối với
bất kỳ chi phí nào mà Người bán phải chịu từ việc trả lại.
2. Người bán sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm về bất cứ tổn thất hệ quả nào gây ra cho Người
mua do khuyết tật của hàng hóa. Tuy nhiên, liên quan đến bất kỳ khiếu nại nào chống
lại Người bán dựa trên thiệt hại về trách nhiệm sản phẩm mà Người bán có thể phải
chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường, trong trường hợp đó, trách nhiệm của Người bán giới
hạn ở việc chịu trách nhiệm trong phạm vi quy định điều khoản của bảo hiểm trách
nhiệm hàng hóa.
3. Người bán có quyền sửa chữa hàng khuyết tật, giảm giá hàng hóa phù hợp với mức độ
nghiêm trọng của khuyết tật hoặc thay thế hàng hóa bằng một sản phẩm mới. Trách
nhiệm của Người bán đối với bất kỳ sai sót nào trong mọi trường hợp được giới hạn ở
số lượng giá mua của Sản phẩm bị lỗi.
