Payment:
Contract status BIDV: When you started work for BIDV, you will be tested for 2
months.
Then there will be a general test for new employees based on:
. Regulatory documents: Employees must keep track of paperwork
.Transaction style: work with the customer must be fast, complete the procedures
properly and complete
. Appearance: wearing uniforms and always smiling, must provide customers with
a high service
.Ethical standards: treat the customer with respect and fairness
The salary of 2 probationary months: 6,500,000 - 7,500,000 VND

Pass: Sign the contract for 1 year or 3 years

Light phase:
Successfully marketing a business on 1 the Visa card; 03 ATM cards

Strong development phase:


Open 20-30 ATM accounts, 5 corporate accounts, Introduce customers with a loan
of 10 billion. Mobilizing the total from individuals and businesses to 30 billion.
 Then u will have official salary: 9-10 million or 10-12 million depending on
the different facilities
Reward: Intrinsic
Based on the business results of the bank, the staff rankings with good
performance
.3 big holidays in the year reward 5-10tr,
.middle of the year is rewarded 15-20tr,
.end of the year is rewarded 30-50tr
Roadmap for salary increase based on performance evaluation. Completion
of tasks every 3 months. Once completed, you will be rewarded with 1-2
months' salary (if you are an expert)
