Video:

Planting became a very important part of our lives right now especially
during this pandemic. It helps us save money when we plant our own
vegetables and fruits in our backyard.
But we could still save more if we conserve the use of water when we
water our plants. And I have found a way to do this.

Voice over:
I discovered that if we use garden hose for watering my small garden which has
around 10 pots of plants, it consumes around 20 liters of water in a minute.
However, if we use a watering can or a bottle sprayer, we could limit the amount
of water that will be used and prevent us from wasting it. Like this 2-liter water
sprayer that I am using now which is already enough to water the same small
garden.

Video Presentation with voice over:

Here is the ratio of water consumption when we use the hose and water sprayer.
Hose
20 liters of water: 10 pots of plants

Water Sprayer
2 liters of water: 10 pots of plants

This just shows that you save 18 liters of water when you use the water sprayer
for watering a small garden.
