If, for any reason, | am unable to participate fully in the Induction Program, | understand that | will need to contact my coach and the Induction Program Coordinator. | also understand that extensions will only be granted under extenuating. circumstances (e.g., medical/family illness oremergency). 2. understand that the program is for two years of participation, Should | require additional time, the cost of participation will be my responsibilty, 3, further understand that recommendation for a clear administrative credential is separate from my ‘employment statusin my district. Responsibilities of Program Candidate: Develop a relationship with my coach characterized by openness, sharing, and reflection, Meet with my coach a minimum of 4 hours per month Complete and revise, as needed, an ongoing Individual Leadership Plan (ILP).. ‘Assemble evidence of growth in the form of a digital portfolio based on the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (CPSELs). 8. Patticipate in the formative assessment system (Including collaborative summaries, ILP, observations) ina reflective manner to guide my growth as an administrator. 9. Understand that information gathered regarding practice/performance is confidential Information regarding completion may be shared with site/distrlet/program administrators. 20. Attend 20 hours per year of required professional learning in support of my ILP and/or district goals. 11.
