1. Explain the process as to how the physical self is formed.

It is extremely difficult for someone to be fully pleased with every aspect of their body. S
ome physical features are difficult to modify, if not impossible. Some aspects of my physi
cal appearance have bothered me for as long as I can remember. My hair and body are un
satisfactory. I was fascinated with my physical flaws because they shattered my dream, ca
used low self-esteem, and caused health problems. Self-confidence shapes one's physical
self. The manner in which you embrace yourself. Accepting your faults and loving yourse
lf. Since no one is perfect, you must embrace what you have. Many people will speak neg
atively about you, but you must remain strong, embrace, and love yourself.

2. How does your spiritual self affect you physical and mental self, and life in gener
al?
The World Health Organization's definition of health now stands open to severe criticism
due to changes in today's world and the accompanying mental void; in addition to physica
l, psychological, and social aspects, spiritual health and its interaction with the other aspe
cts has been studied in scientific literature and recent research. The present study was con
ducted to investigate the mediating role of emotional regulation in the relationship betwee
n spiritual health with quality of life, psychological health, and burnout. Spirituality is a c
oncept that evades simplistic definition, categorisation or measurement and yet it affects t
he social, emotional, psychological and intellectual dimensions of our lives. This report h
as reviewed some of the evidence linking spirituality and religious expression with differe
nt aspects of mental health and, in particular, different mental health problems. The evide
nce is equivocal; some expressions of spirituality are helpful, in some ways, some of the t
ime. These tend to be expressions of spirituality that encourage personal empowerment, t
hat affirm and embrace diversity and that promote the importance of emotions such as ho
pe, forgiveness and purpose. Other aspects of spirituality seem to have no effect on menta
l health or, in some cases, can lead to feelings of guilt, shame or powerlessness, which ca
n be damaging or harmful to a person’s mental health. Overall, however, the general cons
ensus in the literature seems to be one of cautious optimism about the role spirituality can
play in promoting and maintaining good mental health. Many factors are proposed to acco
unt for these benefits. Spirituality can affect a person’s coping styles or their locus of cont
rol perceptions. It can also provide access to a network of social support and increase soci
al capital, both of which are widely acknowledged to promote and sustain emotional and
psychological wellbeing. Some expressions of spirituality affect the lifestyle and may enc
ourage individuals to limit illness-related behaviours, such as smoking, drinking excessiv
e alcohol and overeating, or to increase health-related behaviours such as meditation, exer
cise and helping others. Aspects of religious architecture and the built environment may a
lso serve to mediate the effects of spirituality on mental health.
