RECOMMENDED FOR:
• women from 35 years of age as a preventative therapy due to the decreasing ovarian activity
• women of all ages with the symptoms of low hormones, with a difficulty to achieve pregnancy, menstrual
disorders and premature menopause
• middle-aged women who wish to eliminate or alleviate the unpleasant symptoms of the onset of menopause
CONTENT
30% Theory: Topics covered include hormone imbalance and its causes, stress, nutrition and healthy diet.
70% Practical: Katerina teaches the whole sequence of Hormone Yoga Therapy exercises together with
anti-stress exercises. Once practiced, the whole sequence takes approximately 30 minutes and students are
advised to repeat at home a minimum of 3-4 times per week to get the desired results.
ABOUT KATERINA
Katerina is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher whose passion is to help women achieve their optimum
hormonal health. Katerina obtained her Hormone Yoga Therapy teaching certification under the tutorage
of HYT’s founder Dinah Rodriguez. Her core belief is that HYT helps women to stay healthy and achieve
their life goals.
