The theme of my story is “never stop accepting ideas”

Definite Ltd was startup based on the idea of pasting the flowers to grain their smell in the incense sticks
for long lasting odour. The idea has recently won an award for the “Most innovative idea 2019” and CEO
Mr. Ross Geller was in the seventh heaven.

Becoming blunt towards the idea of having the best award, he slowly became reluctant towards his
work. Also, the process of pasting flowers required a lot of human resource.

Oneday, a worker approached him with an idea of machine that could grind flowers at a faster rate and
also require less human labour. But in return he demanded the position of co-CEO with 20% shares.

The current owner became angry and fired him from the job. But the act of rejecting the idea has huge
impact on the firm as he kept on getting reluctant and innovating process to keep the company at
stakes.

Slowly, the company was overtaken by Absolute Ltd which had new technologies of the process.

Moral of the story: It is important to keep growing in life. Success at one stop should never underline
the process of growing. Also, it is important to keep taking intellectual decisions. Sometimes, some
decisions should be taken keeping the bigger picture in mind even if the decision is against his will.
