個案：2019 冠狀病毒病

各位家長：

本校今日接獲中六級學生通知(早前被界定為冠狀病毒病確診個案的密
切接觸者)，現該生確診2019冠狀病毒病。

在此再次呼籲各家長，對抗疫症，有賴家校協作，倘家長一經證實以下
情況，請即時致電2546-3151通知本校校務處職員，以便校方採取應變措施
及通知教育局。
• 學生或家屬證實染上 2019冠狀病毒病
• 學生或家屬被衞生防護中心界定為2019冠狀病毒確診個案的「密切
接觸者」

校方會與衞生防護中心保持緊密聯繫， 如有最新消息，校方會盡快透過
家長應用程式(Parents App) 通知學生及家長。

Dear Parents,

The School has been informed this morning by the Form 6 student
(previousl y identified by the Centre of Health Protection (CHP) as a “ close
contact” of a confirmed case of COVID-19) that she has also been
confirmed a COVID-19 patient.

Let me reiterate that it will take our concerted efforts to fight against the
pandemic. In case either of the following takes place, we would highl y
appreciate your informing us immediatel y so that the School may promptl y
take the necessary actions and notify the Education Bureau duly:
 that in case of the student or any of her famil y members has been a
confirmed case of COVID -19; or
 that in case the student or any of her famil y members has been
identified by the CHP as “close contact” of a confirmed case of
COVID-19.

We will continue to maintain c lose contact with the CHP, and inform
parents and students through eClass if needed.
