ARTICLE I

Name - Jurisdiction - Objects

Sec. 1. This Organization shall be known as Local Union 903 of the International Brotherhood of
Electrical Workers, Gulfport, Mississippi. Local 903 shall have jurisdiction over Outside, Inside
and Electrical Equipment Service work as defined in Article XXVI, Sections 4 and 5 of the
IBEW Constitution when performed as follows:

(a) Inside work when performed in the following counties in the State of Mississippi:

Forrest Harrison Marion


George Jackson Pearl River
Greene Jefferson Davis Perry
Hancock Lamar Stone

(b) Electrical Equipment Service work when performed by employees working under an
approved agreement between the Local Union and its employer(s) within the territorial jurisdiction
in (a) and (c).

(c) Outside including Line Clearance and Tree Trimming work when performed in the
following counties in the State of Mississippi:

Adams Harrison Lincoln Stone


Amite Jackson Marion Walthall
Claiborne Jasper Neshoba Wayne
Clarke Jefferson Newton Wilkinson
Copiah Jefferson Davis Noxubee Winston
Covington Jones Perry
Forest Kemper Pearl River
Franklin Lamar Pike
George Lauderdale Scott
Greene Lawrence Simpson
Hancock Leake Smith

However, the right of the International President to change this jurisdiction is recognized
as provided for in the IBEW Constitution.
