I. INTRODUCTION

When the class was face to face, we already knew that one of the best and most
normal issues students face in school is forgetting their projects, schoolwork tasks and
requirements, adapting up to the different exercises from various subjects, adjusting to changes
in plans, and getting to true declarations made by the instructors or the actual Institution. More
often than not, understudies think that its more productive and simple to utilize the web explicitly
through Facebook (including Facebook groups, Facebook pages, and messenger). The solitary
issue with the data shared on these locales is that they are not all that reliable and sometimes
confusing. We know that we have a computer lab at school but the computer lab is only for ict
students.
To solve this problems, we suggest that Clark College of Science and Technology
School would have its own Student Online School Portal (SOSP) where in all announcements
and updates, lessons and activities, schedule and many other more information are accessible.all
information are organized based on different categories like announcements, lessons, activities,
grades, etc.
With this, it would be easier for the students to deal with their assignments and the
Institution and the instructors could easily rely certain announcements or necessary data.

II. PURPOSE

This paper will portray the issues of students in school and clarify how we could help
them by proposing a project proposal.

IV. OBJECTIVES

If the project proposal is approved, the students are expected to develop a minimum
standard of skills, perform well on every class, and able to reach their full potential.
V. METHODOLOGY
 We first have to seek for the approval of the school admin. After the approval we would
disseminate the information which is possible during the assemblies. It would also need to seek
and hire a programmer to do the task of creating the Student Online School Portal (SOSP) which
may be added to the official school website (clarkcollege2005.com) or it may also be a new site.
Each student is required to have one account which would be used to access the exclusive site.
