Executive Summary
Our crystal refilling station is located at Barangay Osmeña,Dasol,Pangasinan. We choose
Barangay Osmeña for our business because it is one of the main street of the barangay and this is
good to reach our target costumers. We think that, it is the best place were we can locate our
business the place there has a limited water refilling station. So from this, we can give a safe
water to the people were living there. We will assure that our product is safe too drink so we
encourage people to buy our product. We know that all peoples need a safe water to drink so that
we build this business.

Description of Product and Services

Our product is purified water. We can offer our product to the costumers. We can also
supply you our product if you want. Purified water mechanically filtered or process to remove
bacteria and viruses of water before filling in a containers and bottles. Our product is located at
Barangay Osmeña,Dasol,Pangasinan.

Product Services/Marketing Place

The environment we choose is here at Barangay Osmeña,Dasol,Pangasinan because we
check this place and this place is safe for our business. We have the source of water we choose
deep well as our source for the safety. We build a building for our business and to put up our
equipment to make sure clean and safe water. The deep well as our source is safe because the
water from it is examined and tested by the Pangasinan Safe Water Laboratory INC. No. 375

Marketing strategy
We can deliver our product for free as you order. Our product is safe to drink and
environment is clean so that our costumers patronize our product. We can give free uniform for
the refiller and for the Delivery Personnel.

We can offer a good salary for a performing employee. We can increase their salary by their job

Owner – the responsibility of being owner is to check the place if it is clean.

Manager – the responsibility of being manager is to check their employee’s if they are working
or not. He/She check their doing if they doing they well their job and to check if it is clean or
not.

Accountant/Bookkeeper –the responsibility of being accountant/bookkeeper is to make the

proper financial, settling taxes and daily sales records.

Front – Liners / Store Assistants –the responsibility of being front line/store assistant is receive
orders from costumers, refills the containers, handles payment and delivery tasks and washer.

Technical Personnel – the responsibility of being technical personnel is to maintains the water
purifying machines.

Delivery man – the responsibility of being delivery man is to transports the product to homes as
they ordered.
