Staying healthy is very important, and to stay healthy we do many things and take up new hobbies

2.. I, for example, try to drink more water than I HAVE BEFORE.

3. Going outside is very important, because of quarantine.

4.We stay inside and that can harm our health.

5. So we have to try and go outside when I get the opportunity

6. I try to go outside with my dogs or just to go for a walk as often as I can.

7. also reading can help your health.

8 reading enhances your thinking and imagination, so it’s very beneficial for your mind.

9 I have read some books during my quarantine which I enjoy very much.

10. but most importantly, we should try to mini9mise the time we spend on our computers.

11 as we have to learn with out computers, looking at a screen can damage your eyesight.

12. limiting your screen time and trying to eat healthy food could help
