CARDIORESPIRATORY ENDURANCE = The ability of the circulatory and respiratory systems to supply
oxygen during sustained physical activity.

restores your mind. Essential for muscle recovery and restoring the body. The blood supply to the
muscles increases, more oxygen and nutrients go to the muscles which facilitates muscles healing
and growth.
Rem Sleep is termed “active” sleep.
18. EMPATHY = The ability to understand and share the feelings of another.
