Management System
Atlas group has an HR system underpinned by commitment, values, and loyalty, which is Atlas'
brand identity. This system encourages and mentors associates. They educate, train, and build up
their employees' capabilities, which is the guiding principle in managing people. The Group has
Atlas Systems, which serves as the unifying culture across all of its companies. They aimed at
the fact that ancjbvjdjhhnbsjll employees are equal despite whatever status one enjoyed in the
Group. The Group also has a holistic system to set objectives and fulfill them through a top-
down and bottom-up approach from the highest level to the lowest from the executives to the
workers. The Chairman is friendly, cooperative, and motivational for the employees. People
were encouraged to make comments, ask questions, and make recommendations on different
Group businesses' matters. 
Role of leadership
The leadership of Atlas groups sets a clear vision for the organization. They always have been
engaged in identifying new yet untapped opportunities in the market so that the Group can grow.
The Group pursues its goal with caution bhdcbchdbcjhsdbhcbdand not in haste. The leaders
focused on their core strength, the culture, and Hr system. Group leadership does not employ
family members, friends, and acquaintances unless they are extraordinary by having the
competencies, skills, and knowledge required for certain positions and are willing to work within
the Group culture. While recruiting, the criterion is to ascertain the basic value system of the
individual. The leader helps in the training and development of the employees. The Group
preferred to educate their employees, and at the time of entry into service, they were provided
opportunities to improve their academic standing by acquiring qualifications such as diplomas,
graduation, and post-graduation through the financial support of the Group. The Group sends its
managerial staff on foreign training to Universities like Harvard, Stanford, and INSEAD.
Additionally, workers are send to ILO training facilities.
