INGREDIENTS

✓ 2 cups of cold cooked White rice.


✓ 2 Carrots, chopped into small pieces.
✓ 6 chives, chooped into small wheels.
✓ 1cup of peas.
✓ 100 grams of chinese roots.
✓ 100 grams of leg ham cut into small strips.
✓ 100 grams of chicken breasts cut into small
squares.
✓ 100 grams of small shirmp.
✓ ½ cup of soy sauce.
✓ ¼ cup vegetable oil.
✓ Sugar, salt and pepper.
PREPARATION:

To start, in a cup mix the soy sauce with the sugar and
reserve.

Then, in a frying pan, fry the chicken with the oil until it
is golden, add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes, then
add the ham and shrimp, once cooked the chives, mix
everything and add the mixture of the soy sauce.

At this time we add the rice and mix well for 3 minutes,
finally add the chinese roots, the peas and a touch of
pepper, mix well and correct the flavor.
