IN RE:
Debtor.
Gary F. Seitz, the Chapter 7 Trustee, having entered into a settlement agreement pursuant
to the terms of which defendants to a state court personal injury action will pay the bankruptcy
injuries sustained by the debtor and the Trustee having moved for an order approving the
settlement agreement;
Due notice having been given to (i) the Office of the United States Trustee (ii) all
creditors listed on the bankruptcy petition schedule and who or which have filed claims against
this estate and (iii) all parties who have filed Notices of Appearance and Demand for Service of
Papers in this case, by service of the Notice of the Trustee’s Motion (“Notice and Motion”) and
The Court having considered the Chapter 7 Trustee’s Motion and it appearing to the
Court that it is in the best interests of the estate and the creditors that the settlement be approved.
ORDERED, that the settlement terms agreed to by the Trustee i.e. payment of
$215,000.00 to the estate in exchange for a release is hereby approved in all respects; and it is
further
ORDERED that the Trustee is authorized to satisfy the liens that attach to the settlement
proceeds as follows:
