My Supervising Teacher exuded a calm and reasonable nature and this assisted her in communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
There were a number of occasions where she maintained her level head despite being spoken to in a disrespectful manner, and this
certainly cemented her role model status.

For two days during my placement, my Supervising Teacher completed a professional development workshop. She advised me of why she
felt it was important to undertake the training, and was keen to develop her professional skills. On her return, she provided a summary of
her training to staff and answered any questions they had.
