Re: Proposal to Subscribe to the BIR-Excel-Uploader

Dear Mr. Saligan,

As you may know our office has frequent transactions with the BIR, from the filing of our employee’s
withholding tax through BIR forms 1406C and 2316, to paying out suppliers creditable withholding tax
from forms 1601EQ and 2307 and many more. The BIR’s current system is inefficient in terms of
encoding data from the numerous employees and suppliers with whom we transact with, it is also
difficult to adjust/correct any errors in their system since there is no search/edit function and some
fields are non-editable.

I recently discovered an online website that provides excel templates of all the BIR forms and converts/
generate it to a DAT file which would be submitted to the BIR. I believe that this website is much more
efficient in encoding data since all the input is done through Microsoft Excel. The site also allows us to
generate, save and print hard copies of the different forms with complete and correct information that
is ready for distribution. I believe that subscribing in this website would greatly improve the efficiency in
processing our numerous transactions with the BIR.

With everything said above the premium one-year subscription for the website is P600.00, this
subscription would allow us full access to all the features available on the website and to process more
than 300 rows in excel using their own templates.

I hope that this proposal would be granted as it would greatly improve the efficiency of work in our
office.
